For client projects: upon full payment, clients receive the rights to their final delivered website as described in their Project Agreement. SiteMagik retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Some websites shown in our portfolio section are concept and demonstration designs created by SiteMagik to showcase design capabilities. Demonstration brands, businesses, and content are fictional and do not represent actual client engagements unless expressly identified as such.
