With over two decades of culinary experience spanning three continents, Chef Alexandre brings an unparalleled depth of knowledge to every dish. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, he spent five years in Tokyo mastering kaiseki cuisine, followed by immersive years exploring the street food cultures of Bangkok, Lima, and Marrakech. His cooking philosophy is rooted in deep respect for tradition, combined with a fearless appetite for innovation.
